Below is the evaluation for grant year 2009

Directions for Civil Rights Assessments:

  • Windows into America's Past is federally mandated to administer pre and post assessment tests for each grant year. The purpose is to document knowledge gained, demonstrating to the federal government that the grant monies have been put to good use.
  • The answers to these constructed-response questions are scored confidentially.
  • Unfamiliarity with the topics during the pretest is anticipated. Answer what you can.
  • The post assessment test will be administered online at the conclusion of the institute: July 10, 2009.
  • Participating in the pre and post assessment is one of the grant requirements which must be completed in order to receive the summer stipend.
  • Due date for completion is Monday, June 22, 2009.
  • Below are the pre and post assessment questions for Civil Rights Institute.
  • The American Foreign Policy colloquium pre and post assessment questions will be online soon.
  • Before beginning the online assessment, it is recommended that you download the Word version of the assessment, complete the answers, and then take the online assessment. The online assessment will only allow you to take the assessment in one sitting.
